Kate excels at facilitating yoga over Zoom. Her verbal descriptions are clear and detailed, and she makes her poses easy to see and understand. She is positive, encouraging, down-to-earth, and great fun - and you get to see her cats!
Kate provides rich verbal guidance for how to do the poses. She fuses impressionistic imagery with her knowledge of anatomy to convey how each pose should feel and what its goal is. She provides an array of modifications for each pose to accommodate limitations while still bestowing the intended benefit.
I often hear Kate’s expressive voice in my head when I perform ADLs like bending over to tie my shoe, picking a hard-to-reach orange, or just sitting down. I totally feel the difference on the days that I either take her class or follow one of her daily Vinyasa YouTube videos!!”
