About Me.
I am interested in facilitating sustainable breath and movement practices for renewal and vitality through physical nourishment and lasting habit change. I want to assist you in making choices that are aligned with what is most important to you through the curative power of self-awareness. I believe that regular yoga, meditative movement and awareness practices are an effective and simple technique for setting clear guidelines and reaping prompt rewards for greater health and vitality amidst the demands of real Life.
Yoga taught me what focus, expansion and devotion are in their purest most direct incarnation. And it gives you a great ass. So more of that. For everyone. All the time.
What’s more, I draw, paint, run, have a deeply humbling Yoga practice, play the Ukulele poorly, read voraciously, write endlessly, spell terribly, sort of sometimes sew and charm bees. I take a Polaroid picture of myself every day, I make mobiles, and am a Tarot Card Witch. I love trampolines, lemons, roller coasters, dictionaries, and sunshine. I like to laugh with all my teeth, the emoji with two nestling paper clips and French R&B.
